Your choice, I use Equip Prime Protein

Natural Stirred Creamy Peanut Butter

Coconut Flour

tbsp
natural un-sweetned cocoa poweder

canned coconut milk, unsweetned

tbsp
melted coconut oil
extra virgin, organic

tsp
Vanilla extract
1
pinch
Celtic Sea Salt
finely ground
Additional Ingredients (if desired)

toasted or un-toasted coconut flakes
if desired
1/2
cup
chopped peanuts
if desired
1/2
cup
chocolate chips
use whatever chips you desire, like dairy-free dark chocolate tastes great
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl.
Melt coconut oil and mix with peanut butter, vanilla, and little coconut milk.
Mix dry and wet ingredients together in one bowl. Add coconut milk slowly to form thick, scoopable dough.
Spoon into small parchment lined backing cups, use a muffin tin to hold them in the fridge to set them. You should have around 12 balls.
If desired you can roll the balls in coconut flakes or chopped peanuts or cocoa.
Notes
You can add, change, or remove ingredients depending on your dietary goals. Like; less fat, more fiber, taste preferences. Have fun and enjoy.
