
Keto Cocoa Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Delicious no bake keto friendly protein snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Protein Powder Your choice, I use Equip Prime Protein
- 1/2 cup Natural Stirred Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp natural un-sweetned cocoa poweder
- 1/3 cup canned coconut milk, unsweetned
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil extra virgin, organic
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt finely ground
Additional Ingredients (if desired)
- 1/2 cup toasted or un-toasted coconut flakes if desired
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts if desired
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips use whatever chips you desire, like dairy-free dark chocolate tastes great
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl.
- Melt coconut oil and mix with peanut butter, vanilla, and little coconut milk.
- Mix dry and wet ingredients together in one bowl. Add coconut milk slowly to form thick, scoopable dough.
- Spoon into small parchment lined backing cups, use a muffin tin to hold them in the fridge to set them. You should have around 12 balls.
- If desired you can roll the balls in coconut flakes or chopped peanuts or cocoa.
Notes
You can add, change, or remove ingredients depending on your dietary goals. Like; less fat, more fiber, taste preferences. Have fun and enjoy.
