Good morning, friends. Let’s talk about something that sneaks up on all of us: that stuck feeling.

You know the one.

It’s that sense that you’re spinning your wheels, doing the same thing, but nothing’s shifting. I think the reason we stay stuck is pretty simple—we don’t stop often enough to really look. Look at where we’ve been, where we are, and where we want to go. We forget to pause, reflect, and adjust.

This whole life thing? It’s a journey. There is no neat little destination. You don’t just “arrive” one day. Growth is ongoing. You’re going to keep experimenting, evolving, and yes—pivoting.

Spoiler alert: a lot of it will feel uncomfortable. You’ll try something new and realize, whoa, nope—that’s not it. Maybe it throws off your rhythm, makes you feel off, or even upsets you. That’s OK. Adjust with it. Pivot.

That’s a bonus word for my year: “Pivot”. The first is “Growth” because we’re all course-correcting in real-time. We’re like ships adjusting our sails mid-journey, not because we’re lost, but because the wind shifts. That’s life.

And if today feels like you didn’t get to everything on your list? Let it go.

You know your priorities. Trust them. Focus on those. The rest can wait—and will still be there when you’re ready. You’re not failing because you didn’t check off every box. No one does. Not me, not you, not the most productive person you follow online.

At work, I can’t do it all. Some days I’m waiting on responses from coworkers, users, managers, and decisions that are out of my hands. Sometimes brilliant ideas hit the table and… fall flat. That doesn’t mean they weren’t good—it just means it wasn’t the time.

When that happens? Don’t trash the idea. Tuck it away. Put it on a future list. Maybe in six months or a year, it’ll feel right again. And if it doesn’t, maybe it morphs into something even better. Keep listening—to your gut, your body, your energy, your surroundings. They’ll guide you. Your intuition knows things before your brain can process them.

And hear this: you do not need to be doing all the things, all the time. Sometimes, the universe is gently (or not so gently) telling you to slow down, to rest, to draw inward. Like winter does—quiet, reflective, a little sleepy. And necessary.

That’s why I love living somewhere with all four seasons. I need them. I need that rhythm. Each one brings something different, and each one teaches me something new.

Even the cold, dead of winter? Yep. There’s beauty in that darkness too. That’s where a lot of our deepest growth happens. That’s shadow work. That’s restoration.

So adjust your sails, again and again. Pivot. Keep sweating if that’s your thing. Do whatever it takes to hype yourself up—even if it’s weird, silly, or totally random. Do what works.

You want to know one thing that’s helping me regulate my nervous system right now? Gentle early morning walks. Nothing hardcore. I’m talking 15 to 30 minutes, slow pace, low heart rate. Zone 1 or 2. No fancy workout. No pressure.

But it’s working.

That walk gives me space to breathe. To think. To move without pushing. It’s helping with my anxiety and my sympathetic nervous system—something that’s been a lifelong challenge for me. It’s also a moment for me to check in: How am I feeling today? What energy am I bringing into this new day?

It’s not about the mileage or the steps. It’s about the moment.

So today, I want to ask you—what’s one small thing you can try? A tiny tweak, a shift, a new ritual or habit that could help you feel a little more like yourself?

Try it. Adjust. And keep going.

Quick Highlights:

• Feeling stuck? Pause and reflect: where you’ve been, where you are, where you want to go.

• Life is a journey. Keep adjusting and pivoting.

• You’re not failing if you didn’t finish the to-do list. Focus on your true priorities.

• Some ideas aren’t for now—and that’s OK. Save them for later.

• Trust your intuition and listen to your energy.

• Rest and slow seasons are just as valuable as busy ones.

• Tiny tweaks—like a gentle morning walk—can have a big impact on your mental and physical well-being.

You’ve got this. Keep showing up.
