Who is a woman who has inspired your career? hashtag#IWD25 #IWD25

Every single woman whom I have had the pleasure to work with over the many years of my life has inspired me in some way. No matter their role in the organization.

But the one who taught me the most and whom I truly and deeply admire the most was my mother, Jean McBaron Hanning. I watched her from early on in life, battle everything thrown her way, and succeed no matter what. She was a self-learner, never letting anything get in her way of learning something new. I am just like her in that respect; I love learning new things and find this big blue marble we live on fascinating. No matter your relationship with anyone in your life, good or bad, what can you learn from them. What can you learn from the woman in your life?

After my parents divorced when I was 10 she got a job with a Dayton, Ohio commercial real estate firm, and she then branched out on her own and created her own successful bookkeeping business. Working with her, observing her, and learning from her was paramount to the woman in business I am today. Besides my father owning his own successful business. I grew up in business and developed a strong work ethic from childhood.

Who inspires you?
