This morning, I brewed the most delicious and natural PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte) using A2 Guernsey Cream from @dorothylanemarket, canned organic pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice. I finish it off with a shot of espresso and whole A2 Guernsey milk. I make a large batch and store it in the fridge for the week. This homemade latte is worlds apart from the artificial PSLs at coffee shops. If I want it sweeter, I add my choice of sweetener, like a packet of Splenda or some real organic cane sugar. I prefer to keep it simple and low on sugar since it’s not my best friend, and I can’t handle many artificial sweeteners due to allergies. I only use 1/4 cup of creamer per large cup of latte.

Natural Pumpkin Spice Creamer
- 1 Pint Heavy Cream
- 1 c organic pumpkin puree
- 1 T pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
- In a sauce pan on the stove, whisk all ingredients over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Keep whisking so as not to burn the milk.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before use.
- Store in tightly lidded container in the fridge for about 1 week or less.
- I don’t add any sweetener to my coffee, espresso, or cold brew when I make them. Instead, I add it to each cup individually. Feel free to use your preferred sweetener for your drinks.
